The Telecommunications Act of St. Christopher and Nevis Chapter 16.06 of the Revised Laws of St. Christopher and Nevis, 2009, provides for the regulations of the telecommunications sector in St. Christopher and Nevis. In addition, the Act gives effect to the purposes of the ECTEL Treaty.
