A total of 3,294 households, 8,460 individual (aged 15 and above), and 3,142 minor children
(aged below 15 years) were interviewed across the ECTEL Member States, over a four-month
period, to determine the level of access to and use of broadband and other ICT services across
the ECTEL Member States.
